Return of Merchandise is a costly and interruptive segment in any business environment, however it is a necessary factor in maintaining credibility as a business owner and strong customer service. For this reason, we need your assistance in reducing future rising costs by following these few simple guidelines.
-
Please examine the carton received and all parts contained within the package to be assured of the contents and the quality of the part upon receipt.
-
PLL Management Solutions, LLC must be notified within 5 working days after receipt of the merchandise for a claim to be considered valid. All returned goods must be received back at the place of shipping origin within 30 days. Contact PLL Management Solutions for detailed instructions.
-
No allowance will be made for damages or shortages unless notified within the 5 day notification period. The date of the order and invoice number must be provided at the time of the request for return of goods.
-
A request for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be made within the 5 day period. RGA numbers can be obtained via phone at (623) 229-6729 or e-mail to sales@pllmanagementsolutions.com
-
All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. This is a fee that most manufacturers impose based on their inventory levels of the parts being returned, and the popularity of the part by that manufacturer.
-
Manufacturers do not accept the return of electrical parts or components, therefore the return of electrical parts and components is not allowed. Double check your part numbers and application before ordering to be assured of receiving the proper parts.
-
All parts being returned must be returned in the original packaging and in good saleable condition.
-
All "special ordered" parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
NOTE:
Please check the carton for signs of damage or pilferage upon receipt. If evidence of such has occured, please contact your local UPS office, or transportation company to file a claim immediately. The filing of any claim for damage is the responsibility of the consignee and not that of the shipper. Protect yourself by taking these few precautionary steps.
Check the carton for small articles that may have been dislodged during the shipping process. All to often, parts get thrown away with the packing materials and are deemed lost or never shipped due to the lack of attention given at the time of the unwrapping of merchandise upon receipt. Protect yourself by taking this precautionary step.
We hope that these simple guidelines will help to make your purchasing experience with PLL Management Solutions, LLC a pleasant one, as we greatly appreciate your support and cooperation in allowing us to serve you better. |
