All merchandise will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the user/purchaser. All shipping costs shall be the sole responsibility of the user/purchaser. PLLmanagementsolutions.com reserves the right to change the shipping requirements based on security, safety, and risk of damage to the merchandise. Note: Some items are required to ship via certain method by the manufacturer, vendor partner, or supply source being utilized by PLLmanagementsolutions.com. Notification of a change in shipping method shall be conveyed to the user/purchaser prior to shipping.

Drop shipments from a manufacturer may incur additional fees for expediting, handling and the cost of the freight itself. Those fees or expenses associated with such action shall be the sole responsibility of the user/purchaser. COD, drop ship fees, and fuel surcharges, when applicable, shall apply and are the responsibility of the user/purchaser.

Merchandise that may have to be shipped from multiple locations in order to complete the order shall receive special consideration on the freight/shipping charges when applicable. The decision as to the exact amount of those charges shall be determined by supplier location and PLLmanagementsolutions.com and conveyed to the user/purchaser prior to shipping. In many cases time is crucial to the user/purchaser and as such, PLLmanagementsolutions.com reserves the right to make an informed decision as the freight or shipping method and act in, and on behalf of, the best interest of the user/purchaser, without repercussion.

All orders placed on PLLmanagementsolutions.com must be at least $10.00. This is a policy of most of the manufacturers, vendor partners, and supply houses utilized by PLLmanagementsolutions.com. Special consideration may be given on “follow-up” orders in order for the user/purchaser to complete the repair associated with the original order. In all cases, the user/purchaser is responsible for all inbound shipping costs associated with the order.

All UPS Ground shipping and handling fees are determined by the shipper. Special pricing arrangements have been established based on the volume of packages shipped from those sources. Handling fees are established by the shipper and are the sole responsibility of the user/purchaser. Handling fees and special shipping costs associated with the processing of the order shall be displayed as “freight expense” or “shipping fees” on the customers order. All extra shipping and handling fees shall be displayed in that field.
