Heat shrink tape is designed to tape seams, patch holes and secure zipper access doors.  It is used for repairing holes in the shrinkwrap, taping on vents, and taping on doors. Heat Shrink tape contains no UV inhibitors and could leave an adhesive residue if applied directly to paint, fiberglass, etc. Heat Shrink tape does not actually shrink; it will burn if heat is applied for too long. Available in white, blue and clear.

Preservation Tape, also known as "Hull Tape," is a tough, conformable, waterproof tape with a strong adhesive that bonds well to most surfaces through a wide range of temperatures.  It contains UV inhibitors for long term storage and is designed not to leave an adhesive residue when applied directly to fiberglass, paint, graphics, etc. Although this tape is designed not to leave a residue, the adhesion is still very strong to most surfaces and it is possible that the top layer of paint or finish can come off of painted surfaces or wood when the tape is removed. Please test a small area before applying to entire surface. Available in white, blue and clear.
